Cool dark brown eyebrow color.

Milan has a neutral tendency that makes it ideal to work on all neutral skins (i.e. not tending to red or green) with dark brown eyebrows.

BIOTEK's Milan color, thanks to its rich and creamy texture, can be used for both permanent makeup and microblading. 

All BIOTEK pigments are available in 18ml format.
