MACHINES OUT OF WARRANTY (after 2 months from the purchase)
The repair/assistance on a machine out of warranty will generate a charge of:

  • EUR 50,00 + taxes in case of motor replacement,
  • EUR 15,00 + taxes in case of full bearing cam replacement  

Manpower is included in the replaced components charges.
Shipping costs are always on the customer.

Warranty on coils: 12 months from the date of purchase
Warranty on frames: life warranty if used properly.

If a product has a production flaw, not visible and not attributable to a bad use or fall, within 12 months from the purchase invoice, you are entitled to use the warranty.
If the product has a defect after this term, you will have to notify the manufacturer who will provide assistance or replace the product free of charge only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Warranty is not applicable when:

  • The malfunction was caused or derived by the Customer;
  • An abnormal or improper use of the product was made;
  • The product has been repaired or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer or any other unauthorized person
  • The components to be replaced are parts subject to normal wear or fall within normal maintenance (spring change or setting for coil machines)
  • The product is not complete with all its parts, including the box, cables and instruction manual.

You can exercise the right to return the item, within 8 days from the delivery date if you receive:

  • A product that does not work immediately or with technical problems.
  • A product that has characteristics other than those described in the catalogue
  • A product that does not satisfy him.

Provided that:

  • The return of the product is communicated through an explicit declaration (for example a registered letter sent by post or by e-mail) and by telephone agreed.
  • No more than 8 working days have passed since the delivery of the goods.
  • The products are intact in their original packaging in the same status of receipt and inclusive of all accessories and papers / manuals.
  • The products can be re-sold in their undamaged packaging.
  • They are not custom-made products or clearly personalized
  • They are not sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery

We reserve the right to check the conditions of the return before issuing a refund.

It is appropriate to coat the original packaging of the product with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and also protects it from any writing or labels applied by the courier of the shipment.
We do not refund transport costs.


According to our Policy we do not sell to private consumers. The buyer, by accepting the Terms of Sale, guarantees that the purchase of products is intended solely for professional use.

Therefore, the protections provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) such as, for example, the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
