DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Our shipments are among the fastest in the sector, orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis within 3/4 days of receipt (provided that there is immediate availability of the items, that the order does not require hours of manpower to be prepared and that there are no anomalous queues of orders to be disposed of).

Couriers will deliver, except for mishaps, the package to the address provided within:

- 1 or 2 days from shipment for shipments to Italy (excluding Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia);
- 2 or 3 days from shipment for deliveries to Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia;
- 3 or 4 days from shipment for deliveries in Europe;
- 3 or 4 days from shipment for deliveries to the rest of the world (plus times for customs formalities);
The delivery times of the goods are indicative and not binding for the Seller. The delay in delivery (or shipping) does not offer the right to receive free or lower-priced transport. It also does not offer the right to refuse the collection of the goods.

 
 TRANSPORT COSTS
The costs are charged to the customer and vary according to the weight, volume and value of the order.
Transport costs also include handling and packaging costs.
We will take care of opting for the quickest, safest and cheapest solution for your shipment.
The goods travel at the buyer's risk and peril, even if sold carriage paid with cash on delivery; the transfer of ownership of the property (and the related risks) is completed with the consent, also verbal, pursuant to Art. 1376c.c.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase, based on the volumetric weight of the order.
