RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, you can exercise the right of withdrawal. You can choose to ship your item back without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Our withdrawal service follows the Italian legislative decree no 206 / 2005, articles from 52 to 59.

PRODUCTS ASSISTANCE

IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE (to be requested within 14 DAYS since goods Receipt)

If you receive:

  • - a faulty product;

or

  • - the products has different characteristics from those shown on the Catalogue;

In this case we apply the Legal Warranty that offers, at our costs:

  • - the immediate substitution of the product with a new one;

or

  • - the issuing of a Credit Memo (you can use your credit by deducting it from your future purchases or you can ask for a refund by Bank Transfer if you are a private customer with no VAT number);

ASSISTANCE FOR PRODUCTS DURING WARRANTY PERIOD (to be requested within 12 or 24 MONTHS from Invoice)

If the product you bought is defective or stops working, within 12 months from invoice (24 months in case of Private Customer without VAT number) we apply Commercial Warranty.
This Warranty offers the goods to be repaired free of charge!
Shipping costs are charged to the customer. This Warranty does not include shipping costs.
Commercial Warranty is declared void when:

  • - the malfunction is caused or depends on the Customer;
  • - the product has been used in an improper way or for a different purpose;
  • - these are parts subject to normal wear and tear due to use (such as springs for coil machines or settings);

ASSISTANCE FOR PRUDUCTS OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY PERIOD (to be requested after 12 or 24 MONTHS from Invoice)

In this case we will be glad to offer you our support in repairing the goods, although reparation and shipping costs will be entirely at your expenses.
In this case we ask the producer about the reparability of the product and, in case it is possible, we will let you know straight away the estimated cost.

RETURNING A NEW PRODUCT (14 days)

Whatever the reason, you can return one or more products you are not satisfied with, provided that:

  • - no more than 14 working days must be passed since goods receipt;
  • - the products must be new, undamaged, wrapped in their original packing and inclusive of all the accessories;;
  • - boxes must be complete (we do not accept for example a box of 50 needles with 49 needles inside);
  • - products must be resalable (do not write, mark, tear, bend or break the package);
  • - returning costs will be charged to the customer;

We must verify the returned goods conditions before issuing a Credit Memo. We do not refund shipping costs.
